During this period there will be no access to any UKHO services, including the File Share Service and ADMIRALTY Website. Importantly, the following customer facing services will be impacted: • B2B, Fleet Manager and APOS will be unavailable. This means no orders for any digital or paper product can be processed. • Customer Services Portal will be unavailable. • Sales reports cannot be processed. Please submit PAYS and SENC reports once the system maintenance is complete. Updating of ADP and AENP via email and internet will also be unavailable during this time. The estimated downtime for the maintenance will be approximately 1 hour, however notifications will be sent by text message when the work begins and when it has completed. We apologise for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause both you and your customers, and we thank you for your understanding as this essential maintenance is carried out.
